Shantoya Nicole is a speaker, author, and the founder of Brighter View Life Enrichment Center (BVLEC)—the umbrella behind Brighter View LLC and Brighter View Foundation.
Her path to entrepreneurship was anything but traditional. Called into purpose through motherhood after her daughter was born with special needs, she has spent over a decade turning personal struggle into systems of support for women, caregivers, and families nationwide.
Through her signature keynote, From Struggle to Strategy to Systems, she empowers women to heal and lead in wholeness. Through Brighter View Foundation, she equips families navigating intellectual and developmental disabilities with the tools, resources, and community to overcome barriers and lead meaningful lives.
Shantoya is also the host of the Special Needs Advantage podcast and a published author whose work bridges faith, family, and the founder journey.
